Hi and welcome to my blog! Event planning may seem like a stressful, overwhelming, boring task. However, using a theme will peek the interest of your guests and yourself. Themes for parties and events usually fit into these categories :

-decades (20's, 80's, 90's)
- sports
- TV/movie
-dining/drinks (Spaghetti dinner, Cocktail hour)
-music genre
-western
-location themed (Caribbean, Italy, Egypt)
-seasonal
-color themed (white out, black and white, rainbow)
-science fiction
-animal

While visiting Dream-a-Theme, you will be inspired by daily postings including pictures, tips and recipes for different themed events. Come back soon! xo, S

Going by your About Me I think your passion and enjoyment comes through. I like how you persuade people to try it whether it is big or small, anybody can learn it.
The description of the blog was good and the variety of ways a person can do a theme was great but I was wondering if you could mention specifically what kind of applications this is good for just parties, or maybe weddings, baby showers etc.…
I like your first post; it literally is the jumping off point since it says “Hello” and describes the types of themes will be the focus of the blog. This also might be a good time to mention where these types of themes would fit like western theme for a New Years Party or an engagement party?
    -Great job, Michael.

  2. Sierra your about me and description were very thorough. You can sense the enthusiasm that you put forth into this blog. The only way to make this blog better Really nice job on the opening post, the best thing to do now is tell the other bloggers about examples of current themed parties.

  3. WOW. It looks like you have been busy blogging. Your "About Me" section is very vivid and describes you in great detail. The blog description is great, it explains exactly what you will be offering. Your posts are also very detailed and flashy, which I think is great for grabbing attention, and making readers want to keep coming back for more.
